A Turning Point
There comes a time in everyone’s career that they must evaluate where they’re job is headed. During my time at my job during the past year and a half I encountered great difficulties and challenges. I grew quite a lot as a developer. I used to have trouble debugging the simplest of projects which I no longer have trouble doing.
Let’s face it being a computer programmer isn’t an easy job. I can’t tell you all the times I have been stressed out to the point of hating my job. Don’t get me wrong I love my profession but sometimes I wondered why I ever bothered to become a computer programmer.
I have been quite bored and frustrated my job recently. I reached my potential to grow and develop new skills. This caused me to perform poorly on an important project. Resigning at my current position was a wise decision or it would have been far worse for me.
